IPA Ayrshire Friendship Week 2011

Dear Friends,

I write to you all as you either attended or at the very least enquired about a Friendship Week the IPA Ayrshire Branch hosted in August, 2007 in Ayr, Scotland. As that week was very successful we in Ayrshire are planning another week this time to celebrate our 25th Anniversary of the forming of the Branch and I thought it would be a good idea to make contact with you again to invite you to have the first opportunity to register for this occasion to possibly meet up with old friends or make new ones. We have changed the venue to the 4 star Menzies Irvine Hotel, Irvine, Ayrshire and also completely changed the proposed programme with the exception of a return visit to the Edinburgh Military Tattoo. Please find attached a copy of an invitation poster for your information. The week is limited to the first 100 people so if you wish to attend or request further information then please get in touch with me at the email shown to register your interest.

I appreciate that some members may have changed email addresses over the time so if anyone sees such errors then I ask that you consider passing it on to the person concerned. In the same vein should you know of anyone who may be interested and is not on the list then please forward my details to them when I shall be happy to hear from them. I know this information is already being circulated within USA and also possibly Canada although I have been unable to contact the appropriate person to put it onto the web site there. Maybe some of you could help here. I would also appreciate any similar help especially from those in Europe to get it onto their respective countries web sites.

I appreciate I have taken a liberty by contacting you all and if anyone is offended then please accept my apologies.
